Business partner sues former band member

Lee Ju-no, a former member of the iconic K-pop band Seo Taiji & Boys is being sued for not repaying 100 million won to his business partner.
Lee, 48, who allegedly borrowed the money last January, was sued by his partner, identified only as Choi, 45, in April.
The case has now been sent over to the prosecution, police in Seocho, southern Seoul, said Monday.
Police determined that Lee had no intention of repaying the money, nor the ability to do it.
Lee and Choi ran a restaurant in Eumseong, North Chungcheong Province.
