Branksome Hall Asia to hold info session next week

Branksome Hall Asia, the first overseas campus of Branksome Hall, an independent girls’ school based in Toronto, Canada, will hold an admissions information session in Seoul next Wednesday.

The event will be held at 2 p.m. at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas Hotel.

Branksome Hall is known as one of the top three all-girls boarding schools in the world and is the only girls’ school in the world which runs its curriculum by the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.

Branksome Hall Asia, the first branch of the school on this continent, which is to open in Jeju Global Education City in October this year, will retain the 110 years of tradition and the educational philosophy of Branksome Hall.

Students will be accepted from kindergarten through grade 10 in the first year. Boys will also be accepted through grade 3 but from grade 4 onward, only girls are allowed to enter.

The IB program will be offered at all grades and an exchange program, the Branksome Advantage Exchange Program, will also be offered to students from grade 7 and above.

The school boasts of its students’ high acceptance rate at the world’s top universities as well as its state-of-the-art facilities.

Branksome Hall Asia plans to open a STEM-V Center, an institution for science, technology, engineering, math and visual arts. A golf and tennis academy, yoga and fitness studios, Olympic aquatics center and outdoor sports fields will also be available to students.
