JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul offers 'Stay & Relax 24' experience
JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul has launched “Stay & Relax 24” room package for guests looking for a relaxing time to recharge their body, mind and soul with diverse benefits.
The package that runs until May 31 includes a one night stay in a luxury room, and breakfast at the Executive Lounge for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.
It also includes food and beverage credit worth 40,000 won ($33), which can be used at all restaurants including in-room dining, and complimentary in-room free internet access.
The package allows guests to check in anytime without limitations, and offers a special Barbie doll, at prices starting from 290,000 won. Weekday and weekend prices vary.
In addition, Provence Spa by L'Occitane, the luxury spa at the hotel, presents “Blooming Garden in Provence,” a limited-edition seasonal promotion celebrating the fragrance of fresh cherry blossom, until June 30.
The promotion brings together a back and shoulder treatment at Provence Spa by L'Occitane and Cherry Blossom Shimmering body products from L'Occitane, delivered at the hands of experienced therapists.
The program begins with dry full-body stretching, followed by an upper body aromatic deep-tissue massage, a decollete and a scalp massage, lasting for a total of 60 minutes and helping to promote circulation and relieve stress.
Cherry Blossom Shimmering products, L'Occitane's most popular spring line, combine powerful hydration with the evocative fragrance of cherry blossoms, conjuring the unique ambience of basking in the halo of a flowering cherry tree throughout the treatment.
Guests choosing any treatment at Provence Spa by L'Occitane are also offered 10 percent off on purchases of L'Occitane products.
The promotion is offered from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., priced at 132,000 won per person.
Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square present first-birthday party promotion
Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square is running a first-birthday party promotion at a reasonable price for parents who want to celebrate their baby's first birthday as a small-scale event with their nearest and dearest.
The promotion that runs until May 31 is available during weekdays and Sunday for parties with less than 20 guests, and includes meals prepared by a chef, beverages and a special feast table for the baby's first birthday.
During the promotion, the price of the party for 10 people is reduced to 1.15 million won from 1.4 million won, while that of the party for 20 people is reduced to 1.87 million won from 2.39 million won.
JW Marriott Hotel Seoul serves up special family menu items
Flavors, the buffet restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul, celebrates May, known as “family month” in Korea, with a special buffet selection to inspire the eyes and palate of the whole family.
Flavors' signature international favorites such as grilled lobster tail, LA ribs, lamb chops, sashimi and Korean cuisine are complemented by seafood stew made with prawns, webfoot octopus, shellfish and potato gnocchi in spicy tomato sauce.
From May 5 to 10 only, an enhanced pizza menu item will feature Italian pizza mozza a la romana with ham, cheese and vegetables sandwiched between layers of thick dough, and pizza margherita with rich tomato sauce and cheese, among others.
Other highlights include a Chinese-style selection of cream prawns with crispy deep-fried prawns in fresh, sweet cream sauce, and cotton sweet and sour pork fried in a fluffy cotton flower style for an unmatched contrast of outer crispiness and inner tenderness.
On Children's Day that falls May 5, children's favorites including mini burgers, fried chicken, pork cutlet, hot dogs and jajangmyeon noodles will also be served.
An exceptional dessert section features seasonally-inspired cherry mousse, cherry blossom panna cotta, cherry blossom opera, fruit tarts and cherry blossom macarons, in addition to colorful children's favorites including cotton candy, animal cream cakes and teddy bear chocolate buns.
Parents Day that falls on May 8 will feature special cream cakes and mini cupcakes topped with carnation decorations.
The buffet at Flavors is broadly divided into salad, soup, seafood, grill, cold & hot, live station and dessert sections.
Chefs at the six live stations cook each dish to order, ensuring that every selection is served fresh and hot.
The gourmet journey at Flavors concludes with coffee crafted to order by professional baristas from freshly-ground coffee beans, served at table.
Two private dining rooms seating 10 to 14 diners are also available.
