Westin Chosun introduces Smart Concierge
The Westin Chosun Seoul has become the first hotel to introduce a Smart Concierge service, allowing guests to comfortably get information on restaurants, shows, exhibitions, tour programs and much more.
The newly introduced service provides information in four categories ― restaurants, tour programs, tourist attractions and accommodation. There are 101 items of useful information offered in the QR codes placed on the concierge desk in the lobby and each guest room.
It is also expected to increase the level of guests' satisfaction with digital discount coupons. The hotel presents discount benefits worth up to 10 percent for users of the service in collaboration with famous restaurants in Seoul.
Haevichi celebrates Chuseok with wine promotion
The Haevichi Hotel and Resort Jeju is offering a Moonlight Winery Package, allowing visitors to sample various vintages.
Available from Sept. 12 to 15 at the Glass Bar next to the hotel's outdoor pool, the promotion offers unlimited servings of 11 wines from sparkling to dry, and red, white and rose, accompanied by cheese sticks, olives and grissini. It runs daily from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The package also features a one-night stay in a superior room, buffet breakfast for two and free access to indoor and outdoor pools along with a complimentary picnic mat. Guests staying two or more nights will receive complimentary admission to the hotel sauna.
Novotel Dongdaemun offers package for non-hotel guests
The Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels and Residences has launched a package allowing people to swim in the rooftop pool and dine at its restaurant even if they do not check in as overnight patrons.
The Swim and Dine Package will be available on weekdays until the end of September and allows non-hotel guests to use its indoor and rooftop pools from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., and to enjoy the dinner buffet from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The outdoor infinity pool is on the 21st floor, offering the perfect spot to enjoy an evening sunset overlooking the city skyline.
Sheraton D Cube City offers Chuseok catering service
The Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel has started accepting pre-orders for its “Chuseok to Go” program.
The special catering service, which was first introduced last year to rave reviews, is comprised of 10 servings with a total of 11 products including various Korean pancakes, japchae, bulgogi, grilled yellow croaker and three kinds of namul, or seasoned vegetables, herbs and greens.
The service will be available for pre-orders until Sept. 6 and pick-up from Sept. 11 to 13 at its buffet restaurant Feast. A three-day advance order for pick-up is required.
In addition, various gift vouchers for the hotel's restaurant, wines, rooms, and spa are available for purchase at Feast to celebrate Chuseok.
