Le Meridien Seoul's outdoor dining promotion returns
The Le Meridien Seoul, a European-style hotel, has come up with its Chef the Grill, an annual outdoor grill dining experience.
The seasonal promotion offers guests an exceptional chance to showcase their skills as barbecue chefs for the night, using the finest ingredients handpicked by master chefs from its buffet Chef's Palette.
Following its successful debut last year, the property has upgraded its beef and pork platters. The former features premium rib eye steak and beef ribs and the latter combines Spanish Iberian pork with black pork belly from Korea's Jeju Island.
Each meat platter is complemented by an appetizer of three varieties of tapas, salad and side dishes of sausage and grilled vegetables.
A wide variety of other items handpicked by the Chef's Palette kitchen team, including lamb chops, lobster, king prawns, abalone, octopus, scallops and clams, is available to accompany each meal.
Glad hotels present two promotions
In time for summer, Glad Hotels and Resorts has been offering an outdoor rooftop and a BBQ promotion at its two properties.
The Maison Glad Jeju opened its poolside bar Jawal recently, and to celebrate its opening, a special promotion will be available until the end of the month, allowing visitors to enjoy draft beer and several snacks, such as a cheese and fruit platter, grilled sausage and vegetables and Jeju spicy seafood soup, at reasonable prices. It is open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. everyday.
The Glad Live Gangnam presents a BBQ buffet with unlimited beer service for groups comprised of more than 20 on its rooftop space. Roast chicken, grilled shrimp and vegetables and desserts are served. The buffet is only available for groups. It is also available every day but it is open until 10 p.m.
Two Grand Hyatt hotels launch 'Big Break' promotion
The Grand Hyatt Seoul and the Grand Hyatt Incheon are offering a special promotion that will offer an up to 20 percent discount on advance purchase bookings.
The promotion is available between May 24 and Sept. 2, and reservations should be made by Aug. 27.
The Grand Hyatt Seoul, which completed the renovation of its suites recently, is also revamping other rooms as well, with the completion due next month. In addition, guests can enjoy its famous outdoor swimming pool commanding views of the Han River and Mount Nam.
The Grand Hyatt Incheon, a three-minute drive from Incheon International Airport, is one of the best hotels for family guests thanks to its swimming pool for kids.
Michelin chef-featured gala dinner coming to Paradise City
The luxury boutique hotel Art Paradiso at Paradise City will hold a gala dinner featuring Ippei Matsumoto from La Paix, a Japanese Michelin-starred restaurant, on Friday.
The Japanese dining facility that opened in 2014 was awarded a Michelin star in 2018, and Matsumoto was trained at Belgium Michelin-star restaurant L'Essentiel.
The gala dinner at the property's contemporary Korean dining restaurant Serase will be a nine-course meal, highlighted by gaufre of foie gras.
Paradise City is the first integrated resort complex in Northeast Asia.
