Latin American cuisine is one of the highlights at this summer’s hotel culinary scene. Latin American cuisine includes influences from various parts of the world, including Africa, Europe and Asia.
Apart from popular fare like tacos, tortillas and salsa, each country offers delicious dishes from its own culinary and cultural traditions.
Three hotels are bringing the taste of region to Seoul.
Grand Hyatt Seoul is featuring Peruvian cuisine from today through Aug. 11 at The Terrace.
Chef Maria Rosa Vasquez Chavez will feature, among others, ceviche, or lemon-ripened seafood; chicharron, or chewy pork rinds; and aji de gallina, or chicken breast with rice.
The culinary promotion is organized in collaboration with the Peruvian Embassy in Seoul. The previous one was held in 2014, with Chef Chavez as well.
Quesadilla de Rajas from Mexico
