Restaurants
The hotel’s seven restaurants make the guests’ experience even more memorable and give locals more options for quality food. Having seven restaurants may be too many for any other hotel, but Four Seasons aims to be the city’s No.1 destination for dining.
Headed by Chef Loris Pistillo, Boccalino is a traditional Italian restaurant that serves contemporary cuisine inspired by Milan.
Chinese restaurant Yu Yuan takes its name after a famous Shanghai rock garden and features interiors inspired by 1920s Shanghai. Its signature dish is Peking duck.
Japanese restaurant Kioku is headed by esteemed chef Sawada Kazumi from Michelin-starred restaurant Banreki Ryukodo in Tokyo and features wooden interiors.
Indoor swimming pool
Buffet restaurant The Market Kitchen offers a European market hall atmosphere with arcade-like ceilings. It serves a variety of dishes, ranging from vegetables and noodles to seafood, meat and “gimbap,” a type sushi sold on Seoul streets.
Bar Boccalino serves seasonal Italian dishes with assorted wines from all over the world.
Charles H. is a perfect for cocktail lovers. There, head bartender Christopher Lowder and his team mix unforgettable classic and contemporary drinks.
Maru is the hotel’s only outdoor restaurant. It serves coffee, snacks, and other light dishes and beverages suitable for casual business meetings and social events.
Fitness Facilities
Four Seasons offers a member-only gym with the state-of-the-art machines. The gym is connected to sauna that includes cold, warm and hot baths; dry and wet sauna rooms; and beds on which guests can take a nap. It also has an indoor swimming pool that has three lanes with a depth of 1.3 meters.
