Hotels offer Seollal packages for those who stay in Seoul

People staying in Seoul during the Lunar New Year holiday next week have hotel options to consider.
The Grand Hilton Seoul’s Lunar New Year packages run from Feb. 17 through 22.
The Lotte Hotel Seoul offers “Happy Mom” packages that are exclusive for mothers and available between Feb. 15 and 18, Lunar New Year’s Eve.
The first option is for guests who stay with children. This option offers a two-night stay in a superior room, a special spa session for 60 minutes.
The Kids Lounge on the 36th floor entertains children with arts and crafts and assorted snacks. The lounge opens at 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. every day. The package costs 300,000 won and guests must stay two nights or more.
The second option is for adult clients only. The package offers a two-night stay in a deluxe room on the hotel’s VIP Club Floor, breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour in the Club Lounge and a spa session. The package costs 400,000 won, and two nights are a must.

Conrad Seoul’s “Wish Your Luck Package” will be good for those who are looking for a traditional experience.
In addition to a one-night stay in a deluxe room, the package offers the chance to play the traditional game Yut, and access to the fitness center and indoor swimming pool.
Guests can participate in a lucky draw during check-in. Gifts include a teddy bear, a complimentary breakfast at Zest and a Le Creuset mug set.
Those who book the package through the website are also available for a prize. A winner can get a Le Creuset tea pot set. The package is available until Feb. 22 and costs 230,000 won. Tax is not included. A room upgrade is possible with an extra charge.
