The Renaissance Seoul Hotel offers Lunar New Year packages between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22.

The Delight package includes a one-night stay in a deluxe room, six pieces of Hangwa, a Korean sweet, and rice punch for two people. The package costs 130,000. Service charges and tax are not included.

The Plump Lamb package includes a one-night stay in a deluxe room, breakfast for two at Cafe Elysee and two Megabox movie tickets. The package costs 170,000 won.

The Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s restaurant Feast is presenting a “Business Course.”

The course includes one appetizer selected from smoked salmon, seafood salad or swordfish capriccio. Main dish options are tenderloin steak, salmon fillet, linguine frutti di mare and herb crusted tilapia. A cup of coffee or tea is provided at the end of the meal. The Business Course costs 48,000 won (including tax) per person, and is available between noon and 2:30 p.m. from Monday until Friday.

The Grand Hyatt Incheon will offer a Three Joys Package between Feb. 13 and Feb. 21 for the Lunar New Year holiday. For those who book a room before Feb. 4, a 60,000 won discount will be available.

The package has two options. The Fun option includes a one-night stay in a grand deluxe king/twin room, breakfast for two and free access to the Three Play program, which includes a kinetic sand zone, an artificial sand product that copies wet sand, a clay art class and a bubble magic show. The Three Play program is open for both children and adults. Guests also have access to the swimming pool, fitness center and sauna.

The Full option has all the options of the Fun, plus a complimentary dinner for two adults.

Breakfast is included, and the package covers dinner for two children under 12 years old. With the early bird promotion, the Fun option costs 245,000 won and the Full option costs 365,000 won. Tax is not included.

The Grand Hyatt Seoul is presenting a Birthday on Ice Package for children with winter birthdays until Feb. 28.

A special birthday party will be arranged in the JJ Gazebo adjacent to the ice rink, decorated with colorful balloons and birthday party ornaments. The party will include a popular birthday menu including a character-shaped birthday cake, spring rolls, margarita pizza, hotdogs, chicken nuggets, apple pie and berry cheese cake. The package will also include entrance fees and skate rentals for all the children who come to the party. There will be special gifts from the Grand Hyatt Seoul for the birthday child. The package is available with a choice of packages between 98,000 won and 115,000 won per person. Tax is included. The minimum number for reservation is 10. In celebration of its 20th anniversary, the Ritz-Carlton, Seoul is holding a display and photo exhibition between Feb. 9 and Feb. 28.

The hotel was founded on Feb. 24, 1995. The Concept Room will display objects from then. Inspired by French designer Coco Chanel who was a regular at the Ritz-Carlton, Paris ― the Coco Chanel Suite was named after her ― the Concept Room will have the Coco Chanel Suite’s interior design.

The photo exhibition will show the history of the Seoul property from 1995 until now. It will feature casting members of the TV drama Hotel which was shot in the Ritz-Carlton, Seoul and broadcast in 1995. It will also display photos of celebrities from Korea and abroad who stayed in the hotel.

The Concept Room and the photo exhibition will be open in the Halla Room on the A2 floor of the hotel between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. For more information about the exhibitions call (02) 3451-8236.
