Lotte opens new hotels in Guam and Hanoi

Lotte Hotels & Resorts has had an eventful year.
The two most significant events were the opening of the Lotte Hotel Guam and Lotte Hotel Hanoi, making it the No.1 local hotel chain with the largest network of properties outside Korea. Besides Guam and Hanoi, Lotte also has properties in Moscow, Ho Chi Minh and Tashkent. The chain is aiming to own 40 hotels by 2018 both in and outside Korea.
Here are the features of the Lotte Hotel Guam and Lotte Hotel Hanoi.
Lotte Hotel Guam
Located near Tumon Bay, the Lotte Hotel Guam has 222 guest room, three food and beverage outlets and four banquet halls. It also has a swimming pool, spa, chapel, tennis court and a fitness center. The building is divided into two: the Tower Wing, which houses 150 rooms, and the Island Wing with 72 rooms overlooking Tumon Bay. Opened in June, it is making its name among honeymooners from Korea and travelers from all over the world.

The hotel has La Seine, the flagship buffet restaurant, Horizon Cafe-Pool Bar and The Lounge & Deli. It is only 15 minutes away from Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport by car.
The hotel is offering a special “Good Morning Package” until March 31, 2015. The package includes one-night stay in a deluxe room with an ocean view and a breakfast for two at La Seine. Lotte Hotel Hanoi
The Lotte Hotel Hanoi is the second property to open in Vietnam after the one in Ho Chi Minh. The hotel building is located in the center of the city, offering a unique urban landscape to guests. The hotel is housed in the Lotte Center Hanoi, another Lotte property, and operates between the 34th floor and 64th floor.
The hotel has 318 rooms, four restaurants, two bar and lounges, one deli and three banquet halls. It also has spa, an outdoor swimming pool, club lounge and a fitness center. All the rooms were designed with traditional Vietnamese motifs.

The hotel is close to a local touristic attraction.
Hoam Kiem Lake is within a walking distance. It is close to the Old Quarter which houses a traditional market. The Korean, Japanese and Australian embassies are in the vicinity, making things convenient for business travelers. The hotel is 40 minutes by car from Noi Bai International Airport. The Central Train Station is 10 minutes away by car.
The Chinese restaurant Red River on the 36th floor has Tim Ho Wan who specializes in dim sum. The live grill restaurant Grill 63 is located on the 63rd floor. Pharaoh’s Bar and Upper on the 63rd and 64th floors and The Lounge Sky on the 38th floor are famous for a wide range of cocktails.
The hotel is offering a “Long Stay Save with Breakfast Package” until Feb. 28, 2015. The package includes one-night stay in a room of the guest’s choice, breakfast buffet, wifi access and the use of the sauna, gym, yoga room, and indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
