Enjoy Top-Notch Hotel Services

Have you ever walked into a hotel, checked in, had shower and then went to bed only to wake up the next morning and check out again? Then maybe the next time you visit, you might consider experiencing the “exquisite” services the hotel offers from simple shoe-shining, to the concierge service booking your concert tickets and fetching you amenities.
Hotel services are, however, sometimes very detailed and you may not even notice it until you really pay attention or request them. Those services provided by personnel are included in your room rates and you may not want to miss any of the juicy details of being in a hotel.
The Korea Times looked into the services provided at Park Hyatt Seoul, one of the two sixstar hotels in Seoul alongside W Walkerhill Seoul.
Greetings If you are driving to the hotel, located in a corner of Samsungro business district in southern Seoul, a valet parking assistant will step up to park your car. He will, surprisingly, call you by name and greet you. “Sir, welcome.” In front of the elevator to the lobby located at the 24th floor another staff member awaits you with a leather briefcase. He will also greet you by name.
If it is your first visit, you will need to check-in. You may well be surprised that your company name, even its address is already written on the document ? all you need to do is sign.
After that first visit, you won’t have to check-in ever again.
Once your identification is cleared by the manager, you can get your key from him in the lift and get to your room while the bellmen deliver your luggage right away using a different route to the room.
Everyone Knows Your Name Once you are escorted to your room, you can find a greeting message from the general manager or assistant general manager on the table. Handwritten messages add a special touch, letting the guests know that even top management knows you are there. Some free drinks, such as Arabian coffee and teas, are provided.
If it is your second visit, maybe your favorite snack or seasonal fruit could be on the table, too.
