Ambassadors Group

The Ambassadors Group celebrates its new company image and will hold a special sunrise event on top of Namsan to celebrate the New Year on Jan. 1.

With all staff and executives from five Ambassador hotels all meeting together, the event will provide momentum for the commitment: The New Year Best Serving People. They will also serve free morning coffee and bread.

Having opened in 1955 as a small inn, the Ambassadors Group currently operates five hotels: Sofitel Ambassador Seoul, Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, Novotel Ambassador Doksan, Ibis Ambassador Seoul and Ibis Ambassador Myeong-dong.

Lotte Hotel World

Brewery pub Mega CC at Lotte Hotel World will hold a New Year's Eve Countdown Party on Dec. 31 from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The trendy dance party features famous club DJs and live performances of independent bands.

The admission fee is 50,000 won with unlimited house beer and wine. In addition, there will be fun events such as balloon darts, beer-drinking games and a lucky draw.

Westin Chosun Seoul

The Westin Chosun Seoul holds a dance party in time to welcome the New Year.

The year-end dance party will kick off with a musical performance by Altarboyz, an award winning musical comedy from Broadway.

Break dancing by the B-boys will be followed by performances by various music bands.

The party starts at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 31 and will go through to 1 a.m. Admission is 60,000 won.

The Grand InterContinental Seoul's Australian Grill offers a promotion from Jan. 1 to 19, featuring wines from the Fox Creek winery in South Australia in combination with special menu choices.

Two and three-course set menus have been created for this event. The cost for a set menu is 90,000 won.
