Racing driver dies from car accident injuries

Up-and-coming Korean racing car driver Kim Jung-tae died on Sunday from injuries he suffered in a car accident, his agency said Monday. He was 21.
He had been unconscious since the accident near Bundang, Gyeonggi Province on Nov. 20, said Cebu Pacific Air.
Kim was named “best kart driver of the year” in 2014 and won the opening race of the 2016 Formula Masters China Series.
His funeral will be at Bundang Jesaeng Hospital at 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday.
