Presidential citation

Chairman of the Korean Association in Singapore Noh Chong-hyun, right, receives a presidential citation conferred on the association from Lee Sang-deok, Korean Ambassador to Singapore, at the ambassador’s official residence, Friday. The ambassador delivered the citation to Noh on behalf of President Park Geun-hye.
