That enduring artistic leadership will take center stage Tuesday, as the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism joins the Women’s Cultural Network to honor 19 individuals and organizations at the 19th Gender Equality Cultural Awards at the National Library of Korea in Seoul.
