Seotaiji to team up with Tiger JK

Seotaiji will collaborate with hip-hop pioneers Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae on the second day of the upcoming Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival 2015, organizers of the event said Wednesday.

YESCOM Entertainment said likely choices for the performance are Seotaiji’s groundbreaking tracks “Anyhow Song” (Hayeoga) and “Classroom Idea.” The band is said to have recently begun rehearsing for the festival.

The Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, will take place at Songdo Pentaport Park.

Another special performance will be put on in memory of the late rocker Shin Hae-chul, featuring three members of his former band N.EX.T. They will be joined by rock band Schizo member Joo Sung-min. No Brain vocalist Lee Sung-woo and four members from Crash will fill Shin’s shoes.

The line-up of some 80 artists includes the Scorpions, the Prodigy and YB.
