Metallica, Muse to hit Seoul

The summer just got interesting for fans of heavy rock music. Metal icons Metallica will co-headline the Hyundai Card-sponsored 19 Citybreak Festival along with Muse, Aug. 17 and 18, organizers said Wednesday.
The bands will be among 30 acts at the festival held in Seoul Jamsil Sports Complex. The festival, in its seventh year, has invited such acts as Beyonce and Stevie Wonder in the past. Other acts have yet to be named but will include local and international acts.
Tickets go on sale Monday for those paying with a Hyundai Card. General ticket sales will open the following day via Interpark.
The festival adds to a lively summer concert scene this year, which already had a throwback vibe. The Ansan Valley Rock Festival, to be held from July 26 to 28, earlier announced a lineup including Nine Inch Nails and the Cure.
