Singer Lee Hae-rin commits suicide

Racing model-turned singer Lee Hae-rin, 25, Yoo Joo as member of three-member girl group, Ssen, has been alleged to commit suicide, giving a shocking wave to her fans.

The singer reportedly killed herself last Saturday.

“I know she has suffered from depression,” said a close aide to the singer. “She has halted her group activities due to lackluster. I got much embarrassed to hear the news although she said she was preparing for another singing activity when L met her early this year.”

Meanwhile, Lee made her singing debut with her first group album, First Album, in 2008, after terminating her racing model job. Her funeral was held in Boeun, South Chungcheong Province Monday.

레이싱 모델 출신 가수 이혜린(25)이 자살해 팬들이 충격에 빠졌다.

여성 3인조 쎈의 멤버로 활동했던 이혜린은 지난 23일 자살한 것으로 전해졌다.이혜린의 측근들은 "평소 우울증을 앓아온 것으로 알고 있다"면서 "그룹 활동이 잘 되지 않아 활동을 중단했다.올 초 만났을 때 또 가수 준비를 한다고 들었는데 뜻밖의 비보를 들어 당혹스럽다"고 밝혔다.

한편 이혜린은 레이싱 모델로 활동하다 지난 2008년 쎈 1집 앨범 First Album으로 데뷔한 바 있다.발인은 고인의 고향인 충남 보은에서 25일 치러졌다.
