N. Korea hackers behind massive spam emails to S. Korea: police chief

South Korea's police chief said Monday that North Korean hackers sent massive spam emails to South Korean public organizations last month.

"We are at a stage to assure that it was committed by a North Korean hacking organization," said Kang Sin-myeong, commissioner-general of the National Police Agency. (Yonhap)
