The following are the condolence messages from heads of foreign missions in Korea to the victims of the Itaewon crowd disaster on Oct. 29 and their families. ― ED.

Back in 1999, in Belarus there was a similar tragedy, 54 people died in the stampede at the concert that time. So I understand and share the great grief for Korea.
