Foreign Minister joins 'Victory Korea' fund

Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha signs up for a fund named “Victory Korea,” which invests in domestic companies producing components and materials, at an NH Bank branch at the foreign ministry complex in central Seoul, Friday morning.
