Netflix revealed a taste of its new travel show, starring Korean celebrity Lee Seung-gi and Taiwanese actor Jasper Liu, on Tuesday.

The streaming giant unveiled pictures of the pair in Indonesia, the first leg of the stars' Asian tour on “Twogether.” The travelogue was filmed last year, before the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) around the globe.

The two friends visited Yogyakarta, a popular tourist attraction in the Southeast Asian country, and Bali, the island known for beautiful beaches. They learned the history of Hinduism and enjoyed a range of activities including spearfishing during the journey.

“I was anxious about our language barrier at first, but we could still work in perfect harmony and became good friends,” Lee said about his travel buddy. “I truly had fun during the filming.”

Liu said: “We could build rapport quickly because we were both easy-going and flexible.”

Lee rose to stardom as a singer with the song "Because You're My Woman" (2004). He has featured in numerous popular dramas such as "Brilliant Legacy” (2009) and “Vagabond” (2019).

Liu, also known as Liu Yihao, debuted in the Taiwanese TV series "In Time with You" (2011) and shot to fame in Korea with the flick "Take Me to the Moon" (2017). He previously revealed he was learning Korean to appear on Korean programs.

“Twogether” will be available on Netflix from June 26.
