A spycam was discovered in the room that actress Shin Sae-kyeong and singer Yoon Bo-mi of K-pop girl band Apink were sharing while shooting a reality TV program in France.

Shin detected the camera on Saturday, reportedly about an hour after it was installed.

The culprit was a crew member of the OLIVE TV show “Pocha Beyond Borders.” He disguised the camera as a portable battery charger.

“A worker from an outsourced company, a Korean, who was in charge of installing cameras for the shooting, illicitly put up the candid camera,” a spokesperson for the show wrote in an official statement released Tuesday. “We checked out the content captured on the camera and found nothing controversial."

The spokesperson added, “We immediately returned to Korea after confiscating the camera. The man that committed the wrongdoing voluntarily went to the police for investigation.”

The man claimed that curiosity was his motive, according to reports. Gangnam Police Station is investigating and may request an arrest warrant.

“Pocha Beyond Borders” features Korean celebrities visiting foreign countries to present Korean street food. Actor Park Joong-hoon and former national football player Ahn Jung-hwan will appear with Shin and Yoon.
