K-pop's HyunA tunes up for North American tour

K-pop singer HyunA will tour North America next month, according to her agency, Cube Entertainment.
The singer, 25, will hold concerts in eight cities across Canada and the U.S., with the tour beginning in Vancouver on Feb. 22.
Other concerts will be in Toronto (Feb. 24), Montreal (Feb. 26), Chicago (Mar. 1), New York (Mar. 3), Dallas (Mar. 6), San Francisco (Mar. 9) and Los Angeles (Mar. 10).
The former member of now-disbanded K-pop girl group 4Minute held fan meetings titled “The Queen’s Back” in Asian countries last year.
“HyunA aims to consolidate her position as a solo artist through the upcoming tour,” an agency official said.
“She will spend a lot of time connecting with fans.”
HyunA’s hits include “Change” (2009), “Bubble Pop!” (2011) and “Red” (2014). She returned with her fifth solo mini-album, “A’wesome,” last August.
