TV show reveals celebrity shopping tips

“Shopping Family” is hitting the spot with consumers for its celebrity tips.
In the JTBC show that first aired early September, five celebrity hosts share their thoughts about shopping and shopping tips. Some have revealed how stingy they can be and still get satisfying results.
Asked by a viewer which is more cost-effective -- a dermatologist or purchasing pricy cosmetics, singer Sunny from girl band Girls’ Generation said people were better off spending their money on the dermatologist.
“I love cheap cosmetics available from street vendors,” she said.
Comedian Park Myung-soo said he does not understand why women buy expensive luxury-brand bags. He said an expensive bag he bought for his wife when they were dating is now in the hands of his child. TV announcer Park Ji-yoon defended women’s penchant for the bags, saying it is not unusual.
“‘Shopping Family’ provides fun in sharing smart ways of shopping that people, who have limited time to earn but spend forever, can get around,” a media report said.
