INFINITE to mark 15th anniversary with new album in March

INFINITE, one of K-pop's most beloved second-generation boy bands, is set to return with a new album on March 6, marking its 15th anniversary.

The group's agency, INFINITE Company, dropped a teaser image on its social media channels on Monday, heightening expectations. The image revealed the album's title, "LIKE INFINITE," and confirmed the release date.
The group's plans for new music were initially unveiled in December when INFINITE surprised audiences at the Seoul leg of its "LIMITED EDITION" tour by hinting at a March return. Monday's teaser release solidified those plans, serving as an official announcement.
The upcoming album will mark the group's first in nearly two years, following the release of its seventh mini-album, "13egin," in July 2023. In December, INFINITE had also gifted fans with a new song, "Sad Loop," as a Christmas surprise.
INFINITE debuted as a seven-member act back in June 2010, quickly gaining recognition for its powerful, synchronized performances with hits like "Paradise" (2011), "Be Mine" (2011), "The Chaser" (2012) and "Man in Love" (2013).
The group underwent a lineup change after member Hoya departed after seven years rather than renewing his contract, continuing as a six-member act with Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Sungyeol, L and Sungjong.
In 2023, the remaining members launched their own agency, INFINITE Company and have since continued their activities together.
Ahead of its album release, the 15-year-old boy band will resume its "LIMITED EDITION" tour with concerts in Yokohama, Japan, on Feb. 15 and 16, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Feb. 22, and Hong Kong on March 1.
