K-pop boy group VIXX's Ken is gearing up to make solo debut through an upcoming mini-album.
The main vocalist made the announcement Friday by sharing a teaser image of the album "Greeting" on the group's official social media account.
Although the singer has taken part on soundtracks or other artists' songs, this is the first time he has released a solo album in his eight-year music career.
The album is slated to hit streaming sites at 6 p.m. on May 20.

The singer debuted as a member of the sextet in 2012 with the single “SUPER HERO.” The group has released multiple hit songs like “Voodoo Doll” (2013) and “Chained Up” (2015).
He expanded his career into musicals in 2015 and made his theatrical debut in “Chess.” He has appeared in several musicals since and won rookie of the year in 2018.
