Hyundai Motor chief promotes Busan's bid to host World Expo 2030
Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chair Chung Euisun appeals for support for Busan's bid to host the World Expo 2030 to delegates representing member nations of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) during a banquet at a hotel in Paris, Thursday (local time). During the event, which was attended by President Yoon Suk Yeol, Chung said, “Following Korea's advancements in science and technology, K-pop and K-food, Busan is gaining international recognition. Regardless of the outcome on the 28th, Korea will keep its promises to other countries.” On Nov. 28, the BIE member states will vote to select the host city for the 2030 event. Joint Press Corps
