SK Signet, a Korea-based ultrafast electric vehicle (EV) charger manufacturer, signed a memorandum of understanding with U.S. EV charging infrastructure operator synergEV to expand cooperation across North America and Latin America.
The two companies held a signing ceremony earlier this week at SK Signet's U.S. subsidiary in Texas, where they discussed plans to expand ultrafast charging infrastructure and collaborate on key projects.
Texas-based synergEV currently operates more than 1,800 charging stations across 41 U.S. states and is developing approximately 20 EV charging hub projects, including a flagship hub in Texas.
