NCSOFT said Thursday it has officially changed its corporate name to NC, marking a key step in its broader brand renewal drive.
The decision was approved at a shareholders meeting held in Seongnam, the company said.
The firm has been preparing for the name change since 2020 as it seeks to expand its business portfolio beyond its core gaming operations.
NC currently operates several affiliates, including NC AI, NC QA and NC IDS, along with overseas units such as NC America and NC Japan.
