POSCO E&C will officially unveil its new high-end interior collection, The Atelier Edition, developed in collaboration with world-renowned interior designer Teo Yang, with a launch event on Nov. 7 in southern Seoul.
The new line combines the refined aesthetic of the construction firm’s luxury residential brand, Hauterre, with Yang’s unique design philosophy, presenting a living space where artistry and technology come together in perfect harmony.
“The Atelier Edition is a new form of high-end living that integrates art, technology, tradition and modernity,” a company official said. “We’ll continue to expand our Hauterre brand by introducing lifestyle trends that reflect our clients’ refined sensibility and aspirations.”
The Atelier Edition goes beyond simply offering premium materials, delivering a fully curated residential experience. From furniture and lighting to home styling, Yang personally envisioned every element for a complete living space that allows residents to own a work of art.
Yang is renowned for bringing a contemporary touch to traditional Korean aesthetics, working with leading global brands such as Fendi and the Chanel Culture Fund. His design portfolio includes projects for the Gyeongju National Museum and the Lotte World Tower’s 123 Lounge.
Yang was also the first Korean to be named one of the top 100 designers in the world, a list selected by the U.S. magazine Architectural Digest and the publisher Phaidon Press, marking a significant milestone in the global design scene.
The upcoming launch event will feature a series of artistic experiences, including art catering, where The Atelier Edition’s design concept will be deliciously reinterpreted through dessert presentations, and a meditative hang drum performance.
It will also have an exhibition of the furniture brand Eastern Edition, which is known for its designs inspired by traditional Korean craftsmanship. Guests will be able to immerse themselves in a world that bridges art and emotion.
Applications for the launch event can be submitted through a designated QR code, and the invitations will be sent individually to selected applicants.
