Hyundai E&C's Hillstate Dasa goes on sale

Hyundai Engineering & Construction has begun the sale of 736 units at Hillstate Dasa in Daegu, the company said Monday.
Hillstate Dasa consists of seven 33-story blocks that each have four basement floors. The units come in two different styles and an officetel type, which all spans 84 square meters. All three types have a dress room, storage, a pantry and a main room to maximize space utilization.
The complex is located near Dasa Station on Subway Line No. 2, which runs across Daegu. Within 1 kilometer of the complex, there are elementary, middle and high schools and a commercial district, which is beneficial for families with children.
If a child attends middle and high schools in Dalseong County, which occupies much of south and western Daegu, he or she can apply to university as a rural farm student, according to the company.
Hillstate Dasa is also close to lifestyle attractions, the Kumho River and Mount Jukgok, as well as Daegu's largest industrial complex. In Dasa Town, there are currently 43 apartment complexes, which house a total of 27,361 units.
Dasa Town is the center of the apartment market, according to the company. Last year, the total amount of transactions in Dasa Town was worth 364.9 billion won ($315 million). The size of new housing market grew about 7.3 times compared to 13 years ago.
Over the past five years, more than 42 percent of apartment transactions in Dalseong County have been traded in Dasa Town's apartments (based on sales).
As for the Hillstate Dasa apartment, the company designed a 4-bay plate type of all generations to make sure it is easy to light and ventilate. It is also equipped with an “Air Shower,” a chamber installed at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments, and a fine dust reduction screen that can be used to block pollutants from entering the home.
“Hillstate Dasa is meaningful as it is Hillstate's first apartment complex in the area. We expect high interest from Daegu residents as it is located in a station influence area and has great living infrastructure,” a Hyundai E&C official said.
