KCCI to host a four-day forum on Jeju

The Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) will host the 46th KCCI Jeju Forum from July 18 to 21.
Under the topic of “Insight and Healing from Jeju,” the four-day forum is expected to offer discussions by renowned experts on a wide range of social and economic issues.
The nation's top economic officials, Deputy Prime Minister Kim Dong-yeon and Trade Minister Paik Un-gyu, were invited to the event while various prominent figures from Korea and abroad, including politician-turned-writer Rhyu Si-min and inter-Korean relations expert professor Lee Jung-chul, will also participate. KCCI Chairman Park Yong-maan will give the opening and closing addresses on the first and last day.
Chinese economy expert Chun Byung-suh will deliver a speech about China's future under President Xi Jinping's leadership on the third day.
“Like the previous one, the 46th KCCI Jeju Forum will discuss a wide range of topics to provide insights into social and economic trends,” a KCCI official said.
“The event will not only offer roundtable conferences but also leisure programs.”
