Netmarble launches new mobile action game

By Yoon Sung-won

Netmarble Games, the nation's leading mobile game company, rolled out a new mobile game “Chrono Blade” in Korea, Thursday, through Google's Play and Apple's Appstore.

The action role-playing game has been hyped for the participation of developers who have created the much sought-after games “Diablo” and “Grand Theft Auto.”

“The development team has focused on even the detailed parts that make entertainment of an action role-playing game for Korean gamers who have big enthusiasm for this genre,” said Stieg Hedlund, the head of Chrono Blade development team.

Netmarble Games said the new mobile game provides more than 100 combinations commands for action skills. This has seen more in fighting games for console game devices than in ones for mobile titles, the company said.

Meanwhile, the new mobile game will be launched under marketing cooperation with the nation's largest web portal Naver. Netmarble Games' mobile game “Raven” has previously released under the collaboration with Naver.
