Market O Restaurant’s outlet in Yeouido will offer free craft beer to its female customers until Aug. 31.

On Tuesday, the casual dining restaurant franchise run by Orion, a leading food manufacturer, said it will hold the event to promote four new kinds of ale produced by an Orion brewery. Female customers will each receive a glass of any of the new beers after 2 p.m. every day except Sunday.

The dark ale and gold ale cost 5,500 won ($4.90) per glass. According to Market O, the dark ale is made of smoke-dried barley and has a strong taste. The golden ale has a sweet taste.

Market O has also introduced several dishes to go with its new craft beers. These include Finger Wings, which are sour-tasting chicken wings, and Real Roast Chicken, which is a whole chicken baked in the oven and comes with a side of salad.

Orion opened Market O in August 2003 with a goal to provide healthy and fresh food with low calories. Three of the four Market O outlets are in Seoul. The outlet in the financial district of Yeouido is the only one that includes a pub.
