Glass Lewis has advised shareholders to support the appointment of Lee Jae-keun as chairman of KB Financial Group.
In its voting recommendations report exclusively obtained by The Korea Times, Tuesday, the world's largest proxy advisory firm said "no substantial issues for shareholder concern have been identified."
