Hana Financial supports Korean delegation for Paris Olympics

Hana Financial Group donated money to the Korean athletes heading to the 2024 Paris Olympics to wish for their success, the group announced Wednesday.
According to Hana, the group’s Vice Chairman Lee Eun-hyung delivered the “encouragement fund” for the athletes at a launch ceremony for the Korean delegation to the upcoming Paris Olympics held at Olympic Park in Seoul, Tuesday.
The donation is intended to improve the training conditions and boost the morale of athletes as they enter the final stages of their preparations for the upcoming Olympics in Paris, taking place from July 27 to Aug. 11.
“It is an honor to support the national team athletes who will be representing Korea at the Olympics where the world's top athletes gather. I hope that the delegation will achieve the best results to lead Korea’s leap forward in the global arena,” Lee said.
Hana Financial Group has been engaged in various activities to develop and promote Korea's sports, including official sponsorship of the national football team, participation as a title sponsor in the K League, as well as operation of the Bucheon Hana 1Q women's pro basketball team and sponsorship of the Korea Paralympic Committee. It is also sponsoring less popular sports that have been neglected by other sponsors.
