TV network KBS has banned the music video of girl group Dalshabet’s new song, “Joker,” because of its explicitness.
KBS said on Wednesday choreography in the song’s music video was reminiscent of sexual intercourse.
The lyrics contained words that sounded similar to harsh language, while the singers’ costumes in the video were excessively revealing, online media quoted a network official as saying.
The group’s agent, happyface Entertainment, said the song from the group’s eighth mini album, “Joker is Alive,” was never intended to offend. The company was considering changing the song’s title or lyrics, the agent said.
