A helper tells a senior citizen without family members how to use a cellphone. Seoul City will expand the service to 5,000 needy senior citizens on Jan. 11 from trial service for 400 in its five districts last December. Helpers will check whether the needy senior citizens are good at home with the phone. The helpers will be given phones enabling them see images on them and the needy will be given cell phones with emergency calling function and a movement sensor for safety check of the aged and mutual communication.
