Torn down fence

Parts of fences surrounding the National Assembly lie on the ground after being torn down Wednesday by members of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) who attempted to infiltrate the Assembly building. They were protesting a plan to revise the Labor Law to allow a more flexible work-hour system.
