More freedom for assembly

Civic group members call for the abolishment of an article in the Assembly and Demonstration Act in front of the National Assembly on Yeouido, Seoul, Tuesday. The article bans rallies within a 100 meter radius of major state organizations such as the Assembly, courts and the presidential office.
