Ruling Saenuri Party Chairman Rep. Lee Jung-hyun makes his way through a group of reporters asking about a connection between presidential speeches and Choi Soon-sil, a scandal-ridden confidant of President Park Geun-hye, as he enters a party meeting at the National Assembly, Tuesday. Concerning media reports that the presidential speeches were edited by Choi, Lee — a Park loyalist — defended them, saying, “I also sometimes show the drafts of my speeches to my friends to seek their opinion.” / Yonhap
