Nearly half of office workers take less than 20 minutes for lunch, a survey has found.
According to job searching site Incruit, 43.1 percent of respondents said they took about 10 to 20 minutes for lunch. More than 30 percent said they took about 20-30 minutes. About 10 percent took under 10 minutes.
More than 58 percent said the lunch break was not long enough.
About 29 percent said the lunch time itself was not long. Other reasons included waiting time at restaurants (25.6 percent) and too much workload (23.2 percent).
After lunch, 28.7 percent took a coffee break, 18.2 percent chose to take a nap and 17.5 percent went for a walk.
