North Korean leader Kim Jong-un learned to drive when he was three years old, the regime’s latest textbook claims.

“The North Korean teachers’ textbook, containing this new entry about Kim, is for use in the regime’s middle and high schools last year,” Free North Korea Radio (FNKR) quoted a North Korean source as saying Monday. “Textbooks for students will be published soon.”

According to the textbook, Kim began to shoot and drive a car at the age of three. It also said he was able to hit 10 bull’s eyes in less than three seconds when he was nine.

The source said, “There’s no convincing evidence to support such claims.”

“The North’s brainwashing starts in kindergarten,” said Park Dae-kwang, a research fellow at the Korea Institute for Defense Analyses.

“The North is trying to brainwash their citizens to show that only the Kim family can ensure the regime’s prosperity and welfare,” he said.
