Seoul mayor in Tokyo

Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon, left, talks with Tokyo Governor Yoichi Masuzoe at the latter’s office at Tokyo Provincial Government, Tuesday. They agreed to strengthen cooperation between the two cities in six areas: safety, the environment, welfare, sports, tourism and culture.
