An angry driver in Suwon was caught on video earlier this month, hitting a man with his car after they had an argument on the street.

Footage from a closed-circuit television camera shows a white car backing up some three meters before suddenly accelerating and hitting the second man.
The incident reportedly began when the driver of the white car, a 49-year-old surnamed Hyun, cursed the second man after he made a sudden stop.
The second man got out of his car to argue. Hyun lost his temper and eventually rammed the second man.
Hyun said during a police investigation that he did not hit the victim on purpose.
However, Suwon police arrested the man, citing footage from a blackbox camera inside Hyun’s car, an official said Thursday.
Road rage incidents seem to becoming more common in Korea.
Last week, an angry driver threatened another driver with a gas gun for blowing a horn behind his car. He was arrested hours later.
