Human rights activists protest a planned crackdown on illegal aliens by the local government of Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, in front of its City Hall, Monday. Following the “torso murder,” allegedly committed by illegally-staying Korean Chinese Park Chun-bong, the local government announced a package of anti-crime measures in late December, including a massive crackdown on illegal aliens.
