What tops Korean men's X-mas lists? Cosmetics

More and more men in Korea are putting cosmetics at the top of their Christmas wish lists, a survey by Shinsegae department store shows.

Such items failed to crack the top five items favored by Korean women, however.

According to the survey, nearly 30 percent of the men in their 20s or 30s said beauty products were at the top of their lists. Twenty-three percent said they wanted fashion accessories.

Mink mufflers (25 percent) were the most wanted item among women. Audio devices (21 percent) came in second. Boots (19 percent), wallets (15 percent) and coats (11 percent) followed.

The survey was conducted on 1,020 interviewees.
