Busan police issued an arrest warrant Monday for a man who allegedly avoided paying a hospital bill by menacingly showing his dragon tattoo to staff members.
The 52-year-old man surnamed Kim is being sought for the “threatening” act and for ditching his bills amounting to 3.5 million won ($3,150).
Kim received treatment from the hospital over 21 times for diabetes and related conditions, Busan police said.
The suspect is also facing charges for an Aug. 6 incident during which he allegedly assaulted a nurse who tried to hold him back from causing a scene at a dialysis unit.
