'Kim Jong-nam surfaces in Paris'

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s eldest brother, Kim Jong-nam, has been spotted in Paris, the Dong-a Ilbo reported.

A Dong-a journalist reportedly met Kim while he was going to have breakfast with a thirty-something woman at the Le Meridien Etoile hotel. He didn’t answer the reporter’s questions.

Kim Jong-nam has not appeared publically since his uncle, Jang Song-thaek, was executed in December.

Yonhap News Agency said he had come to the city to see his son, Han-sol, who is studying at Le Havre campus of Sciences Po. An official of South Korean embassy said that Kim had no reason to visit the country other than his son.
